Lead Times, Deliveries & Trading Hours

Lead Times

Currently we require a minimum of 10 to 20 working day’s notification (lead-time) prior to delivery for processing any reinforcing material. Confirm with office on placement of order.

SRC Malaga will endeavour to meet all customer requirements at all times.

Deliveries

SRC Malaga does offer a Hiab delivery service for all customers in the metropolitan area. Any deliveries required outside the metropolitan area price will be determined on application.

Delivery time will be advised by Production and a follow up call by the Truck Driver to the site contact before goods are delivered to site.

Any dispute with goods delivered to site or ex works are to be advised within 48 hours of Delivery.

Trading Hours

Office: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm

Orders can be placed with our office weekdays during office hours.

• Contact Site Name & Number
• Delivery Date
• Email if possible to verify correct information
• Cash Sale Account Customers terms are PREPAID

Factory: Monday to Friday – 6am to 1.30pm

Customers/Courier pick up’s are during factory hours of operation.
