SRCM has succesfully, in conjunction with an external consultant, designed and implemented the quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001.
Our process has been the following:

• Initial gap audit (conducted by external contracted auditor)
• In line with our business processes design and implement all necessary documentation –
• Quality Policy
• Audit procedure
• Control of SRCM documents and records
• Control non-conformance register
• Estimation, purchasing, production and procedures
• Customer feedback register
